And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (John 1:14)
While Reading Through John’s Gospel is an edited version of 56 lectures on John’s Gospel given between September 1997 and December 1998. The speaker, Mr. B.E. Yoo, examines the text, chapter by chapter verse by verse, to uncover the true hero of this Gospel, and indeed of the entire Bible. He examines the eternal, intrinsic nature of Jesus Christ, pointing out the connections between Him and every corner of both Old and New Testaments. The lectures have been condensed into a series of seven books, two of which have been published. The third is scheduled for publication at the end of this year, and the other four during the coming year.
